Career Executive Housekeeper • Luxury Residence in Yorkville area of Toronto • Live-out, Full-time


This is an excellent opportunity for a Career Executive Housekeeper to work for a couple in a Toronto luxury residence located in the Yorkville area of the city. The position is full-time, live-out and is ideal for an individual who takes pride in their work, can manage a luxury residence, is not afraid to ask questions when unsure and has experience working in luxury homes. The successful person will be comfortable working either alone or reaching out to others as needed.

PLEASE NOTE: The position is only open to individuals who hold current status to legally work in Canada. Sponsorship will not be considered. 


  • General housekeeping, laundry, ironing and wardrobe management

  • Provisioning of the residence for groceries, cleaning products, toiletries, etc.

  • Excellent laundry and ironing skills

  • Cleaning and organization of closets, drawers and cupboards

  • Keeping track of inventories and compiling a grocery lists

  • Notify Principals or another party if something is damaged, not working and requires attention

  • Letting in approved trades and vendors and monitoring them for security purposes

  • Support will be provided to the individual to learn how the residence and tasks are managed to the family’s preferences

  • Other related or non-related duties, as needed.


  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a luxury residence

  • A good eye for detail

  • Ability to drive is an asset but not essential

  • Ability to offer schedule flexibility. The family travels frequently. When in residence there will be weekend work. While travelling, the Executive Housekeeper will have downtime. 

  • Good English communication skills (verbal and written)

  • The ability to demonstrate an appropriate level of courtesy, integrity, respect and discretion. A polished and professional bearing is expected.

  • Someone who is happy, personable and takes pride in what they do

  • Someone who has the ability to work independently without being having to be told what to do

  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all household information and property. Must be willing to sign a confidentiality agreement.

  • The candidate is physically fit and able to lift 30 lbs.

  • The ideal candidate pays attention to details, has common sense and the ability to execute and “figure things out” 

  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
