Seeking an experienced Private Chef who is skilled with vegan cooking to work for a family in Miami. The Private Chef will be responsible for all culinary requirements for a family with two school-aged children in the Miami Beach area.

Opportunity for a Family Assistant / Personal Assistant to work in a fast-paced home in Waterloo, Ontario. This is a full-time and live-out position. We are seeking a full-time PSW who will live-in while at work and live-out  on days off. The PSW will work in coordination with a three additional PSWs for an elderly couple who live in the Bayview and Lawrence area of Toronto. The couple is in relatively good health.

The position’s schedule rotates with three other PSWs. There is travel via private jet to Florida involved in the position during the winter months (January to April). A mature and informal couple with homes in the Eastern Townships of Quebec (the primary residence), a condo in Montreal, and a home in North Palm Beach is seeking a live-in Executive Housekeeper to travel with them to their different properties. The live-in accommodations are separate and spacious. 

 

The person or persons should be comfortable home cooks, able to assist with items like iPads, printers, phones, etc. There is an Estate Manager to whom the person(s) would report. The Estate Manager oversees the residences and manages major issues. There is also a maintenance team to whom any mechanical issues would be reported. There is an IT department that handles technical issues. 

 

Applicants must have good experience with housekeeping, laundry, and ironing. There are housekeepers for all the residences in the Eastern Townships, Montreal, as well as North Palm Beach. Applicants should be humble, well-mannered, and highly discreet.

 

The position pays well for the qualified individual. The couple spends approximately five months of each winter in North Palm Beach. Applicants do not have to be bilingual, however, it is an asset. They must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

A car can also be provided if needed, although the home is very transit accessible. There is a cleaner who comes once a week to vacuum, dust, mop, clean bathrooms, and wipe down surfaces.

 

The objective of the position is for the housekeeper to focus on housekeeping, cooking, and laundry, while the family pursues their careers and focus on their daughter. The goal is to achieve a happy home for all.
